      Is your payment system safe?

      We mainly use PayPal and Stripe, which remain the safest payment solutions available today.
      For larger transactions, it is possible that an ID card with an address is required before shipping the order.

      I just placed my order, when should I receive it?

      We strive to ship all orders placed before 14h the same day. On average, carriers take 2-3 days to deliver your parts. In some cases, it may take longer because of the distance or availability of a product.

       

      Contact us if you have not received any news of your order after 5 business days.

      How much are the shipping costs?

      The shipping costs are calculated in the cart according to the dimensions, the weight and your address. Some part brands such as DAI ® and FAST WHEEL® have a lower flat shipping rate.

      The part i bought does not fit, can I return it?

      Of course! You can either return it in store or contact us to start a return procedure.

      What is the warranty on your parts?

      Each manufacturer has their own warranty policies. For any warranty claim, Super Auto Parts acts as an intermediary between you and the manufacturer.

       

      Although in most cases replacement is done on the spot, there may be situations where the company asks to inspect the part before accepting the return. This inspection can sometimes delay the replacement of the part by several days.

      Is it the same prices online and in store?

      In most cases online prices are the same as in the store. If the price is not the same, the in-store price will be applied in-store and the online price will be applied online.

      Can I buy online and pick up in store?

      Absolutely, in addition to enjoying all of our car parts online, you can book it by requesting a pickup in store and save queues by going directly to the in store order pick up place.
