If you need to import a large number of parts for an order, you can use this template file and uploads it to our server. You have to enter one item per row and be sure to keep the .CSV file extension when saving your work.

Items in their original packaging (unopened) accompanied by a receipt and returned within 30 days of the date of purchase will be subject to a refund or an exchange. Items whose packaging has been opened, which are damaged or not in a condition to be resold may not be eligible for a refund or an exchange.
Items ordered from our website can be returned or exchanged in store or online. The customer will have to assume the shipping costs associated with the return.
Return or exchange costs equivalent to 15% of the price of the part or parts will also be invoiced for any item which is not kept in inventory at the Saint-Hubert store (items available online, but only on order in store) .
For parts with organs (core), the customer can go to the store to return them or contact us to proceed. Transport costs for the return of organs are at the customer’s expense.
** Attention, you must absolutely contact us before sending a part to the store for return, in case of omission, we cannot guarantee a refund or an exchange **
